Richard set up the Chiropractic Health Centre firstly in Axminster, in September 1992 after graduating from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 1991. He is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA)

Since graduating he has broadened his scope of practice with advanced training in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Craniopathy, Applied Kinesiology (AK) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He undertook the Sunflower Therapy training in 2000 and is one of only twelve authorised practitioners of this advanced treatment method specifically geared to children with learning and behavioural difficulties.

The techniques of AK and NLP give a means of approaching each person in a more holistic way. This enables him to deal successfully with patients who don't respond to the purely structural treatment of conventional chiropractic and also form the basis of the Sunflower Therapy.

With two teenage daughters and an active interest in sport, Richard is busy both at work and at home.
